SARAJEVO, (Patria) - The Law on Minimum Wage is in conflict with the Labor Law, so the Collegium of the House of Representatives of the FBiH Parliament decided that the draft laws on income tax and contributions, and the Draft Law on Minimum Wage be considered at an extraordinary session.
The extraordinary session will be scheduled in seven days, as announced earlier by the Speaker of the House, Mirsad Zaimović.
Representatives supported the urgent consideration of the Draft Law on Financial Consolidation and Restructuring of Public Health Institutions in the Federation of BiH.
The amended and supplemented agenda was adopted, with only the Resolution of Irfan Čengić and Sanela Prašović Gadžo on BHRT remaining from the additions to the agenda.
