Indirect tax revenues up by 143 million KM

Indirect tax revenues for the first nine months of 2015 amounted to 4 billion and 718 million KM, an increase of 143 million KM or 3.12% compared to the same period in 2014 when they amounted to 4 billion and 575 million KM, reports the Patria News Agency.

After VAT refunds, net collected revenues distributed to beneficiaries for the first nine months of 2015, which include the state, entities, and Brčko District, amounted to 3 billion and 906 million KM, an increase of 183 million KM compared to revenues received by beneficiaries from the Single Account for the first nine months of 2014.

In September 2015 alone, the Indirect Taxation Administration (UIO) collected 574 million KM in indirect taxes, which is 8 million KM more than in September 2014.

REVENUE DISTRIBUTION FOR THE FIRST NINE MONTHS OF 2015

An amount of 560 million KM was allocated for financing state institutions for the first nine months of 2015.

As the amounts for financing external debt were lower in 2015, the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina received 203 million KM more directly into its account this year compared to last year, Republika Srpska received 86 million KM more, and Brčko District received 5 million KM more. 

Based on the special road toll for highway construction (0.10 KM) for the first nine months of 2015, the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina received an additional 50 million KM, Republika Srpska received 33 million KM, and Brčko District received 1.7 million KM.
