SARAJEVO, (Patria) - From January 1 to March 31, 2020, the FBiH Budget generated total revenues of KM 996.3 million, which is 20 percent less than planned.
Of this amount, tax revenues amounted to KM 871.7 million, non-tax revenues to KM 117.4 million, and financing receipts to KM 7.2 million, according to the Report on the Execution of the FBiH Budget in the first three months of this year, adopted at today's session of the Government of the Federation of BiH, held in Sarajevo.
"If we consider the plan on a quarterly basis, the ideal revenue realization would be KM 1,238.4 million, which means that the revenue collection for the first three months deviates from the planned dynamics, and collected revenues show a shortfall of KM 242.2 million, which is 20 percent less," the report states, announced the Office for Public Relations of the FBiH Government.
With the integration of the Federal Pension and Disability Insurance Institute into the Budget, the Budget has almost doubled, so a direct comparison of total revenues with the same period last year is not realistically possible.
Total calculated expenditures and outlays for the first quarter of 2020 amount to KM 893.7 million, which is 18 percent of the planned amount.
Cash expenditures and outlays amount to KM 642.4 million, which is 72 percent of the total calculated expenditures and outlays in the current period.
