
SARAJEVO, (Patria) - The repeated proceedings in the case of Sanjin Sefić concluded with the presentation of closing arguments, and the verdict will be delivered on March 19 at 2:30 PM at the Cantonal Court in Sarajevo, writes the Patria News Agency.
The Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor's Office, represented by prosecutor Jasminka Knežević, proposed that the Court find Sefić guilty and impose the maximum sentence, and extend his detention.
Sanjin Sefić's defense, lawyer Kerim Čelik, requested the Court to deliver a verdict of acquittal or, possibly, find him guilty of negligent offenses, exempt him from paying costs, and release him from detention.
