
(Patria) - Bosnian-Herzegovinian actor Aleksandar Saša Petrović passed away today at the age of 61.
"Dear Sale, I hope you are in a better place. Thank you for everything," wrote Srđan Vuletić, BH director.
Petrović had his first leading film role in Srđan Vuletić's film "It's Hard to Be Nice", for which he received the "Heart of Sarajevo" for best actor at the Sarajevo Film Festival in 2007.
Petrović had been battling illness for a long time and withdrew from public life.
The audience will remember him for his roles in the films "No Man's Land", "This Little Soul", "Worker's Life", "Let's Make Love", "Kuduz", "East of East", "Damn America", "No Man's Land", "Fire Burns", "Summer in the Golden Valley", "Nafaka".
