Cross-border fire protection

By signing the Memorandum of Cooperation between the Directorate for Emergency Situations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Montenegro, the Ministry of Security of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Foundation for the Development of Northern Montenegro (FORS Montenegro) and the Institute for Fire and Explosion Protection (INZA) from Sarajevo, the realization of the project "Cross-border fire protection" has been officially launched, reports the Patria News Agency.

The project was financed by the European Union within the framework of the Cross-border Cooperation Programme Bosnia and Herzegovina – Montenegro.

The cross-border fire protection project will cover the Montenegrin municipalities of Nikšić, Žabljak, Plužine, Pljevlja and Šavnik. On the other hand, the project is being implemented in BiH in the municipalities of Mostar, Jablanica, Konjic, Ravno, Stolac, Čajniče, Gacko, Bileća and Trebinje.
