German Representative: We welcome the work of the OHR, the High Representative, and the Constitutional Court of BiH

(Patria) - The German representative to the UN Council, Günter Sautter, did not hide his surprise at Milorad Dodik's address and said very openly that he did not like the messages that were personally directed at the High Representative.

"25 years after the signing of the Peace Agreement, we continue to be committed to European perspectives. Germany welcomes the work of the OHR, the High Representative, and the Constitutional Court of BiH.

Harsh language against these institutions must not be tolerated. The 14 key priorities set out by the EC remain key. I want to comment on the last statement; the Steering Board of the Peace Implementation Council has repeatedly expressed its commitment to territorial integrity, and we stand by that," said the German representative.

He emphasized that the commitment of the international community is important, especially after Dodik's presentation.

"Regarding Valentin Inzko, we thank him for his work in preserving peace and reconciliation in various segments of society; we continue to support you and your office. We welcome the work of the Constitutional Court and the international judges. Their experience is crucial for establishing a judiciary in accordance with Dayton. Verbal attacks and inappropriate language against the court must not be tolerated," said the German ambassador.

In addition to the German representative, ambassadors from other UN Security Council countries, particularly the USA, Great Britain, and France, gave their full support to Valentin Inzko and condemned Milorad Dodik's verbal attacks.
