House of Representatives of PSBiH today on the budget: Will there be a quorum?

(Patria) - The session of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH is scheduled for today, and the agenda includes the Bill on the Budget of Institutions and International Obligations of BiH for this year.

According to the proposed budget, which will be considered by the representatives in the second reading, total revenues, receipts, and financing of BiH institutions this year amount to KM 1,027,100,000, which is an increase of three percent compared to last year's budget, while servicing BiH's external debt amounts to KM 843,905,504 and is five percent higher compared to the budget of BiH institutions for 2020.

Direct tax revenues amount to KM 780,000,000 and are at the level of 2020.

Total expenditures of BiH institutions and servicing of BiH's external debt in the proposed budget for this year amount to KM 1,871,005,504 and are four percent higher compared to last year.

According to the announcement by SNSD representatives, they will not attend the session, and Denis Zvizdić, Speaker of the HoR PSBiH, told Patria yesterday that the session will be held if there is a quorum.

Mirko Šarović (SDS), although he stated that Milorad Dodik cannot speak on their behalf, did not specify whether SDS representatives will attend the session.

The session is scheduled to begin at 12:00 PM.
