House of Representatives supported the budget rebalance and the Bill on Rights of Fighters

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - The fourth extraordinary session of the House of Representatives of the FBiH Parliament continued. 

During the break, the Collegium of this House met and decided that another extraordinary session would be held after the fourth, starting at 7:30 PM. 

The House of Representatives of the FBiH, after rejecting four amendments, supported the rebalance of the FBiH Budget for 2019 with 55 votes in favor, four abstentions, and 12 against. 

The Bill on Amendments to the Law on Execution of the FBiH Budget for this year was also supported. 

This proposal received the support of 60 representatives, with five abstentions and 15 against. 

Alma Kratina, Chairperson of the DF-GS Club, requested a roll-call vote after the conclusion that the FBiH Government should allocate three million KM to support agricultural production did not receive support in the electronic vote. 

In the roll-call vote, the conclusion was adopted with 52 votes in favor, 22 abstentions, and seven against. 

Amendments to the Bill on the Rights of Demobilized Fighters and their Families were not accepted. 

The Bill on the Rights of Demobilized Fighters and their Families received the support of 73 representatives, with four abstentions and three against. 

The fourth extraordinary session thus concluded, and a new extraordinary session of this House began immediately. 

The agenda of the new session will include the Bill on Amendments to the Law on Electric Energy under an urgent procedure, the Bill on Amendments to the Law on Financial Consolidation of Business Entities, and the Proposal of the Decision on Granting Consent to Amendments to the Financial Plan of the FBiH Health Insurance and Reinsurance Fund and Amendments to the Financial Plan of the Federal Solidarity Fund for this year, as well as the Decision on the Method of Execution of the Rebalance of the Financial Plan of the FBiH Health Insurance and Reinsurance Fund. 

Representatives also have before them the Proposal of the Decision on Accepting the Loan Agreement between BiH and IBRD for this year. 

The last item is the Proposal of the Decision on Accepting the Loan based on the Framework Loan Agreement between the Council of Europe Development Bank and BiH for the implementation of the project "Construction of the Plava Voda Regional Water Supply System".
