SARAJevo, (Patria) - The second regular session of the House of Representatives of the BiH PA will be held today starting at 10 AM, with 46 items on the agenda.
Given the decisions on temporary financing, the Bill on the Budget of BiH Institutions and International Obligations of BiH for 2019 will finally be presented to the representatives today. Due to the lack of sessions since this house was constituted in December 2018, numerous projects are on hold. The agenda also includes numerous approvals for infrastructure projects on Corridor 5c, the Podveležje Wind Farm, and energy efficiency projects in hospitals.
It is expected that after the appointment of the new BiH Council of Ministers and the establishment of a parliamentary majority, the work of both houses of the BiH Parliament will finally be unblocked.
By the end of December, another emergency session will likely be held to appoint ministers and deputy ministers in the BiH Council of Ministers. At the previous session held on December 5, Zoran Tegeltija (SNSD) was confirmed as the Chairman of the BiH Council of Ministers. The verification process at the CEC and SIPA is underway for several more ministers and deputy ministers, while candidates from HDZ BiH and SNSD have already passed the verification earlier.
