House of Representatives of the FBiH adopts Draft Budget for 2022

(Patria) - The House of Representatives of the Parliament of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina adopted the Draft Budget for 2022 and considers it can serve as a basis for drafting the budget proposal. 

The proposer is tasked with taking into account all remarks and amendments when drafting the proposal. 

59 representatives voted in favor of the Draft, none voted against, and nine representatives abstained. 

So far, amendments have been proposed, among others, by the DF 1 Club (4), Amela Kuskunović (4), the SDP BiH Club (6), the NIP - NB Club (2), Tahir Nuhić (1), Sanela Prašović Gadžo (1), Lana Prlić (1), and several representatives jointly proposed one amendment. 

The Draft Law on Budget Execution for 2022 was also adopted, as well as the Draft Law on Amendments to the Law on Budgets in the Federation of BiH.

The Government then withdrew the work program from today's session, as it corresponds to the budget, which was returned to draft form at the beginning of the session. 

At the session, representatives also supported the Proposal of the Work Program of the Government of the FBiH for 2022, and the Proposal of the Decision on granting consent to amendments to the Financial Plan of the Health Insurance and Reinsurance Institute of the Federation of BiH for 2021 (second amendments), Amendments to the Financial Plan of the Federal Solidarity Fund for 2021 (Annex I) (second amendments), and the Decision on the method of executing the Rebalance of the Financial Plan of the Health Insurance and Reinsurance Institute of the Federation of BiH for 2021 (second amendments).

Representatives also adopted the Proposal of the Decision on granting consent to the Financial Plan of the Health Insurance and Reinsurance Institute of the Federation of BiH for 2022 and the Decision on the method of executing the Financial Plan of the Health Insurance and Reinsurance Institute of the Federation of BiH for 2022.

At the end of the session, a list of 22 names for the Council of National Minorities of the FBiH was adopted.
