House of Representatives of BiH - Emrić: Will the Reform Program be sent to NATO tomorrow

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - There is a lingering bitterness, as this is the first time a truncated convocation of the Council of Ministers has been appointed. I think this is the first time. Also, this is the first time the Presidency has not attended the session where the Council of Ministers is confirmed, which sends a message of disrespect, stated MP Branislav Borenović (PDP) during the discussion at the session where the confirmation of the new convocation of the Council of Ministers of BiH is expected.

He added that in conversations with candidates, he noticed certain fears in their answers about not causing repercussions.

"It is unbelievable that today, more than ever, the term NATO integration cannot be mentioned, as if it were a controversial topic," Borenović points out.

As he says, he has a feeling that the biggest challenge will be to preserve their personal dignity.

Borenović said that he heard that the formation of some new institution might happen.

"After everything that has happened in recent months, this Council of Ministers will not have high expectations. I expect you to work in accordance with the Constitution of BiH and respect the competencies of all levels of government," says Borenović.

Jasmin Emrić (A-SDA) said that the new convocation of the Council of Ministers of BiH should be encouraged to tackle political and economic problems.

"Difficult issues have occurred, but it is good that a consensus has been reached. It is unnecessary to block the work of any Parliament in BiH. Because citizens have distrust towards everyone who is a participant in the political system.

He added that the most important question is whether the Reform Program will go to Brussels tomorrow (Tuesday).

"We all expect that, because an agreement has been reached," Emrić stated.

According to Emrić, after the Reform Program was published in the media, it is clear that the Program is actually a document similar to the Annual National Program.

Emrić also spoke about migrants and called on the Council of Ministers to tackle the migrant crisis.
