SDP BiH Presidency: Revision of the Verdict against Serbia is a Matter of General Interest

The SDP BiH announced that the Presidency of this party, through its conclusion, affirmed the earlier position of the Main Committee on the necessity of initiating a revision of the verdict in the lawsuit of Bosnia and Herzegovina against Serbia for aggression, based on the existence of valid evidence.

- The Presidency of SDP BiH believes that all legally grounded and evidence-supported activities should be undertaken towards the revision of the verdict – the SDP stated.

- The process of revising the verdict against Serbia cannot be reduced to an individual initiative; rather, the broad social community must be involved in the process. The Presidency of SDP BiH is convinced that achieving justice and establishing the complete truth regarding the aggression against Bosnia and Herzegovina is a process that cannot be considered a threat to any people or group in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The SDP believes that reconciliation and the restoration of trust are possible only “if all those responsible for war crimes answer for their actions.”

The Presidency of SDP BiH considers any political opposition to legal processes aimed at establishing the full facts and truth about all war events to be unreasonable and unfounded.

The SDP condemns the destructive activities of officials from the HDZ of Croatia and the so-called Croatian National Assembly.

- From the HDZ of Croatia, as well as the Assembly of this state whose representatives promote retrograde ideas of dividing BiH, the Presidency of SDP BiH expects a statement regarding incitement to undermine the constitutional order of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the promotion of social segregation on an ethnic basis – states the SDP BiH, as reported by Patria.
