Presidency of BiH adopts Report on the execution of the BiH budget for 2020

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - The Presidency of BiH has approved the conclusion of the Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey on the exchange of diplomats.

The Presidency of BiH has made decisions to accept agreements and appoint signatories for: - Agreement between the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Government of Australia on the employment of family members of diplomatic and consular staff, - Agreement between Bosnia and Herzegovina and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland on the employment of family members of diplomatic and consular staff.

The Presidency of BiH has adopted the Report on the execution of the Budget of institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina and international obligations of Bosnia and Herzegovina for 2020 and it will be submitted to the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The Presidency of BiH has adopted the Information regarding the membership and representation of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the Inclusive Framework for BEPS (Base Erosion and Profit Shifting) and the Global Forum on Transparency and Exchange of Information for Tax Purposes.

The Presidency of BiH has made decisions to accept agreements and appoint signatories for the Amendment 1 to the Financing Agreement of the Annual Action Programme for Bosnia and Herzegovina for 2019 between the European Union, represented by the European Commission, and Bosnia and Herzegovina, represented by the Directorate for European Integration of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The Presidency of BiH has adopted the Report of the Ministry of Defence of Bosnia and Herzegovina of April 26, 2021, concerning the destruction of armaments, ammunition and mine-explosive devices of the Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina under an urgent procedure.

The Presidency of BiH has made a decision to initiate the procedure for conducting negotiations for the conclusion of the Agreement on Cooperation in the Field of Defence between the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Government of the State of Qatar. The Presidency of BiH has made a decision on the destruction of ammunition and mine-explosive devices of the Armed Forces of BiH.

The Presidency of BiH has not made a decision on accepting the Agreement and appointing signatories for the Agreement on the delegation of responsibility for air traffic services between the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Government of the Republic of Croatia.

The Presidency of BiH has made decisions to approve the conclusion of: - Agreement on the implementation of technical cooperation between Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Federal Republic of Germany "Innovations and digitalization in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Bosnia and Herzegovina"; - Agreement on technical cooperation between the Civil Aviation Directorate of Bosnia and Herzegovina - BHDCA and the Minister for Ecological Transition of the Republic of France - Directorate General for Civil Aviation DGAC.

The Presidency of BiH has made a Decision on rejecting applications for pardons for convicted persons. The Presidency of BiH has made a Decision on appointing an external auditor to perform the audit of the annual accounts and records of the Central Bank of BiH.

The Presidency of BiH has adopted the Report on the work of the Deposit Insurance Agency for 2020 and the Financial Plan for 2021.

The Presidency of BiH has made decisions on ratification: - Financing Agreement for the Serbia - Bosnia and Herzegovina Cross-border Cooperation Programme for 2019 between the European Commission, the Government of the Republic of Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina; - Financing Agreement between Bosnia and Herzegovina and the European Investment Bank - Sarajevo Urban Transport Project; - Agreement between the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Government of the Republic of Turkey on cooperation in infrastructure and construction projects; - Agreement on mutual recognition and exchange of driving licenses between the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Government of the Republic of Turkey; - Agreement on international scientific and technical cooperation in the field of high-energy physics between Bosnia and Herzegovina and the European Organization for Nuclear Research (CERN); - Agreement on the delegation of responsibility for air traffic services between the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of Montenegro; - Military-Financial Cooperation Agreement between the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Government of the Republic of Turkey and the Implementation Protocol on Financial Assistance between the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Government of the Republic of Turkey.
