RS President Suspected: BiH Prosecutor's Office Summons Dodik for Interrogation

Milorad Dodik, the President of Republika Srpska, was summoned for interrogation today in a case related to the referendum in that entity, confirmed the spokesperson for the BiH Prosecutor's Office, Boris Grubešić, for the Patria News Agency.

Grubešić stated that Dodik was summoned as a suspect, in connection with activities being carried out in a case concerning the non-execution of the BiH Constitutional Court's Decision.

About ten days ago, the BiH Constitutional Court submitted a decision to the BiH Prosecutor's Office regarding the non-execution of the ruling that declared January 9th an unconstitutional holiday. Ignoring the decision, Dodik organized a referendum on September 25th.
