SUBJECT: SNIFF BiH Prosecutor's Office requested detention for Maglić

(Patria) - Acting on the order of the prosecutor of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH, police officers of SIPA, in the area of East Sarajevo, deprived of liberty the suspect Adnan Maglić, for whom a search was issued by the MUP of the Sarajevo Canton, within the case of Admir Arnautović et al.

The suspect is under investigation by the Prosecutor's Office of BiH due to the existence of grounds for suspicion that he committed the criminal offenses of organized crime and unauthorized trafficking of narcotic drugs, related to several other serious criminal offenses.

Within the investigative activities, information and evidence were collected that the suspect, acting as a member of an organized group, for a longer period of time committed criminal offenses of organized crime related to unauthorized international trafficking of large quantities of narcotic drugs “cocaine”, “speed” and “marijuana” to the areas of EU countries and the Western Balkans.

After questioning the suspect, the acting prosecutor submitted to the Court of BiH a proposal for ordering detention for the suspect.

These activities are a continuation of operations in cases with decrypted Sky and Anom applications.
