(Patria) - The acting prosecutor of the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office has proposed to the Municipal Court in Sarajevo to order a one-month detention for the suspect Igor Zuka.
He is suspected that during December 2024, he incited previously arrested Haris Karadža and Kenan Divljanović to procure explosive substances and manufacture explosive devices with a remote activation mechanism, which, as is reasonably suspected, they did at his request.
Detention was proposed due to the risk of influencing witnesses, concealing evidence, and the risk of repeating the criminal offense.
