One-month detention proposed for 18-year-old bomb hoax caller targeting Sarajevo schools

(Patria) - The Municipal Court in Sarajevo has been proposed a one-month detention for the suspect, an 18-year-old who made seven false bomb threats against several schools in the Sarajevo Canton (KS).

- Detention was proposed due to the risk that the suspect, if at liberty, could repeat the criminal offenses, and he is suspected of endangering security and making false reports - said Azra Bavčić, spokesperson for the KS Prosecutor's Office.

So far, as a result of the work of a joint team operating under the leadership of the KS Prosecutor's Office, consisting of members of the Police Administration of the KS Ministry of Interior and the Federal Police Administration (FUP), in cooperation with the Intelligence and Security Agency (OSA) of BiH, a total of six people have been arrested, five of whom are minors.
