(Patria) - Police officers of the State Investigation and Protection Agency today (12.23.2025) on the order of the Cantonal Court in Mostar, searched residential and auxiliary facilities and movable property at one location in the area of Čapljina.
The Cantonal Court in Mostar issued the order based on a request from the competent authority of the Federal Republic of Germany, due to the existence of grounds for suspicion that the criminal offense of "Money Laundering" has been committed.
During the search, items that may serve as evidence in further proceedings were discovered and temporarily confiscated.
Cooperation with police officers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Herzegovina-Neretva Canton was established during the work in the field.
