In a fire that broke out in a medical psychiatric facility in Russia, 23 people were killed and about 20 were injured, reports the Bosnian news agency Patria.
The fire broke out during the night from Saturday to Sunday in the Voronezh region. There were 70 patients and at least 4 medical staff in the hospital when the fire started inside the building. The building was completely destroyed.
The cause of the fire is most likely a problem with the electrical installations.
Media report that such cases are not rare in Russia.
