(Patria) - A fire broke out on Friday in a woodworking workshop located within the grounds of a military barracks in the Iranian capital, the army announced, Al Arabiya reported.
The fire is under control and there were no reported injuries, the army added, blaming the fire on an electrical fault.
"The fire was brought under control when firefighting teams arrived in time," said a statement carried by official media.
Earlier this week, a fire broke out in a market west of Tehran, and rescuers brought it under control. The fire on Tuesday did not result in injuries, rescuers said at the time.
Fires and explosions in Iran often raise fears of possible attacks by Israel or the United States, after Israel attacked Iran in a twelve-day air war in June, which the United States briefly joined, hitting key nuclear facilities and killing high-ranking military commanders and nuclear scientists.
