Background of Imamović's withdrawal from the purchase of Agrokomerc: The company will be bought by Zvečevo

Nihad Imamović has withdrawn from the purchase of the food industry company Agrokomerc. Instead of Imamović, the Development Bank of the Federation will buy the Velika Kladuša-based company for 2.2 million KM, after which it plans to sell it to the Croatian company Zvečevo, a source from the Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina reveals to the Patria agency.

The entire strategy was devised by the advisor to the Prime Minister of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Fadil Novalić, Suvad Osmanagić. The Prime Minister supported him in this. Was the President of the Supervisory Board of Agrokomerc, Fadil Bihorac, also aware of the entire case? If he knew, why did he not warn the government about it? If he did not know about the criminal activity surrounding the sale of Agrokomerc, how is it possible that such significant matters escaped his notice?

Sarajevo businessman Nihad Imamović offered 12 million KM for the food industry company Agrokomerc a month ago, during an oral bidding process before the Municipal Court in Velika Kladuša. The other bidder was Mustafa Gadžo, i.e., his company Silsila, with 5.5 million KM.

The Development Bank of the FBiH offered 2.2 million KM for Agrokomerc, placing it third among the best bidders.

A source from the Patria agency within the Government of the FBiH reveals that both Imamović and Gadžo knew from the very beginning that they would not buy Agrokomerc, but that the Development Bank of the FBiH would do so. For this, it received approval from the Government of the FBiH as well.

Nihad Imamović withdrew from the purchase of Agrokomerc just a few days before he was supposed to pay the money to the Government of the FBiH. Through Dnevni avaz, he stated that an unknown man from a Slovenian number threatened to kill his family and him if he became the owner of Agrokomerc.

However, it is now clear that the entire story about the threat was fabricated?

The right to purchase fell to Mustafa Gadžo, i.e., his company Silsila. A Patria source claims that Gadžo will also withdraw from the purchase. Gadžo himself did not want to confirm this information, but he also did not say that he would buy Agrokomerc. He told Patria that he has a 30-day deadline to declare his position.

After Gadžo also withdraws from Agrokomerc, and the Development Bank becomes the owner, the plan is to sell Agrokomerc to Zvečevo for about three million KM. Given that the bank will buy Agrokomerc for 2.2 million KM and sell it for about a million more, this will be assessed as a successful business move by the Development Bank, headed by the controversial businessman Salko Selman (SDA).
Here, the fact that Agrokomerc's assets, estimated at over 23 million KM, will be sold for only 2.2 million KM is disregarded.

Zvečevo will pay Osmanagić a benefit for entering Agrokomerc. Osmanagić had previously tried to bring Zvečevo into Agrokomerc, but that project failed. Now he has devised the Development Bank of the FBiH as a bypass, through which he will bring the Croatian company into Velika Kladuša.

The entire operation of handing over Agrokomerc to Zvečevo for a paltry sum is being carried out by two groups of people: Nihad Imamović and Mustafa Gadžo as businessmen. On behalf of the politicians, the patrons are Suvad Osmanagić, Prime Minister Fadil Novalić, and Minister of Agriculture Šemsudin Dedić. They are using the Development Bank as a tool of manipulation, writes Patria.
