On the occasion of 20 years of peace in BiH: La Scala Milan concert at NP Sarajevo

On the occasion of the marking of 20 years of peace in Bosnia and Herzegovina, the famous Milanese La Scala will hold a concert on July 12th this year at the National Theatre, it was highlighted at today's meeting between the Minister of Culture and Sports of KS Ivica Šarić and the Ambassador of the Republic of Italy to Bosnia and Herzegovina, His Excellency Ruggero Carrias, reports the BiH news agency Patria.

On this occasion, important organizational details were also discussed, according to which it is planned to set up four large video screens at different locations in Sarajevo so that as many Sarajevans as possible have the opportunity to watch the performance of the great Milanese La Scala live.

The past and future cooperation between Teatro Verdi from Trieste and the Opera and Sarajevo Philharmonic of our National Theatre was also discussed. In this regard, the extremely successfully organized recent visit of the orchestra, choir, and soloists of Teatro Verdi to Sarajevo, and of our Choir to Trieste, was highlighted.

It was also emphasized that activities related to the Ars Aevi project will continue.
