The Court of BiH confirmed the indictment against Senad Koštić for attempting to join a terrorist organization in Syria, BIRN reported, Patria conveys.
According to the indictment, Koštić traveled to Podgorica at the beginning of the year, from where he arrived in Turkey by plane. The BiH Prosecutor's Office claims that the accused planned to join the Islamic State units.
However, he was arrested in Turkey and extradited to BiH.
The Prosecutor's Office announced that it plans to hear nine witnesses and submit about 20 pieces of material evidence in this proceeding.
