Indictment against MUP KS police officer for indecent acts against a minor confirmed

(Patria) - The Municipal Court in Sarajevo confirmed the indictment of the KS Prosecutor's Office against a 35-year-old police officer of the MUP KS for the criminal offense of indecent acts against a minor.

The acting prosecutor proposed to the court, after the indictment was confirmed, to re-impose pre-trial detention on the accused.

For the main hearing, it was proposed to hear ten witnesses, three experts, and present about 50 material pieces of evidence.

Since this is a criminal offense against a minor, and in accordance with the Law on Protection and Treatment of Children and Minors in Criminal Proceedings of the FBiH, the KS Prosecutor's Office cannot disclose further details from the case.
