
(Patria) - The Municipal Court in Sarajevo confirmed on March 6 the indictment of the Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor's Office (KS) against Elmedin Gradišić for the criminal offenses of unauthorized production and trafficking of narcotic drugs and forgery of documents, the KS Prosecutor's Office announced today.
The accused is charged with hiding drugs for further sale in an apartment he rented in the Novi Grad municipality area during November and December 2025, up until the moment of his arrest on December 17, using a forged Slovenian identity card. The total mass of the drugs was about 15 kilograms, specifically about 10 kilograms of amphetamine and about five kilograms of cannabis - in several different packages, which were found and seized by FUP investigators.
Two digital scales and a vacuum sealer were also seized from him.
The acting prosecutor proposed the extension of custody for the accused for another two months along with the indictment.
For the main hearing, it is proposed to hear three witnesses, three experts, and present about 30 material pieces of evidence.
