(Patria) - The Municipal Court in Sarajevo confirmed the indictment of the KS Prosecutor's Office against Amir Pašić for the criminal offense of endangering safety.
The accused is charged that during 2023 and 2024, on the social network TikTok, during a live broadcast, he threatened the director of a Sarajevo-based company, stating, among other things: "The first time I see you, I'll kill you, by my children." Such threats caused the victim to feel fear for his own life.
The acting prosecutor proposed to the court to hear two witnesses and present 19 material pieces of evidence for the main trial.
