
(Patria) - Around 11:40 AM, the Centar Police Department was informed by the management of the Secondary Mechanical Technical School that two males had clashed in the immediate vicinity of the school premises, and that one of them was injured.
Upon arrival at the scene, police officers confirmed the allegations from the report and determined that they were minors.
A minor, a student of the Secondary Hospitality and Tourism School, sustained a head injury from a hard object. He was diagnosed with grievous bodily harm at KCUS and kept for observation.
The other participant, a student of the Secondary Mechanical Technical School, reported to the Centar Police Department accompanied by his parents.
The duty prosecutor of the Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor's Office was informed, and after the investigation, the minor - a student of the SMTŠ - was deprived of liberty for the criminal offense of Grievous Bodily Harm (Article 172. CC FBiH).
In accordance with the Law on Protection and Treatment of Children and Minors in Criminal Proceedings of FBiH, no further information will be released.
