(Patria) - Alaska was hit this morning by an earthquake of magnitude 7.4 on the Richter scale. The earthquake occurred around 9 AM Croatian time near the town of Sand Point.
So far, there is no information on damage or casualties. The United States Geological Survey (USGS) has issued a tsunami warning.
"The earthquake was relatively shallow, occurring at a depth of 9.3 km," the USGS reported.
