Signing of contracts: Three million KM for 527 farmers from the employment bureau

On Wednesday, January 27, at 12:30 PM, contracts will be signed at the premises of the Federal Agriculture Institute in Ilidža with selected beneficiaries who have met the criteria set by the Public Call for the implementation of the Program for co-financing self-employment and employment in agriculture in 2015, reports the Patria News Agency.

 

The Federal Ministry of Agriculture, Water Management and Forestry, in cooperation with the Federal Employment Bureau, has provided three million convertible marks and on 9.11.2015 announced a Public Call on which 527 farmers, registered as unemployed persons in the FBiH employment service records, have met the established criteria. Given that this public call is planned to be permanent, a second public call will be published this year.

In accordance with the Program, the Bureau will monthly pay/refund incentive funds to these beneficiaries from joint funds:

- in the amount of 100 percent of the mandatory contributions for the first 12 months (Year I),
- in the amount of 50 percent of the mandatory contributions in the period from 13 to 24 months (Year II),
- in the amount of 50 percent of the mandatory contributions in the period from 25 to 36 months (Year III),
- in the amount of 75 percent of the mandatory contributions in Years II and III in cases where the applicants are women or young people up to 35 years of age.

In addition, for individuals, i.e., newly registered agricultural crafts, from the Bureau's funds, essential costs of starting a business (registration costs, medical certificates, fees, equipment/work tools, etc.) will be co-financed in the amount of 200 KM, and will be paid after the justification of the spent funds is submitted along with the payment of the first part of the monthly refund, according to the statement from the relevant ministry.
