Potočari occupied by police from RS and Serbia during attack on Vučić

Following the confessions of police officers from the Department for Observation and Documentation (OOD) of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Serbia, Milan Dumanović and Mladen Trbović, that they were present in Srebrenica during the funeral in Potočari with specific tasks, doubts have been cast on the real background of the attack on Prime Minister Aleksandar Vučić on July 11, 2015, writes Patria.

Two officers of the Serbian Ministry of Internal Affairs filed criminal charges against high-ranking officials of the Ministry for abuse of official position and influence peddling. Dumanović and Trbović, who recently worked in the Department for Observation and Documentation (informally: secret surveillance service), admitted to Teleprompter.rs that a parallel structure of the Serbian Ministry of Internal Affairs carried out two criminal espionage missions in a foreign country.

It is further added that OOD officers were "ordered to conduct secret surveillance on the territory of a foreign country".

Trbović described his observations:

- On July 11, 2015, during the live TV broadcast of the attack on Prime Minister Aleksandar Vučić in Srebrenica, it seemed to me that I saw colleagues from OOD. Upon arriving at work on July 13, 2015, I learned from my colleague Milan Dumanović that they had been on the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and it is reasonably suspected that certain abuses were committed and that certain laws were violated.

What all happened around the attack on Prime Minister Vučić and who was present in Potočari is opened up by some statements from last year by the Minister of Internal Affairs of Republika Srpska, Dragan Lukač.  

Minister Lukač revealed to Sarajevo media on April 6, 2016, that the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Republika Srpska had information several days before July 11, 2015, that an incident might occur.

- The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Republika Srpska was engaged in securing Vučić from his entry into Bosnia and Herzegovina to the entrance of the cemetery, which was under the jurisdiction of the Directorate for Coordination of Police Bodies of Bosnia and Herzegovina - Lukač said at the time and admitted that he insisted on having RS police officers in civilian clothes in the crowd in the cemetery.

How many of his men were in the crowd remained unknown?

A special forces officer from RS, Goran Paraš, was also recognized in the footage from Potočari. He was arrested in September on charges of participating in an armed robbery of approximately 616,548.25 KM from "Unicredit Bank" Banja Luka, on the Banja Luka-Gradiška highway.

Lukač admitted that this Unicredit Bank robber participated in the security of Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vučić during the commemoration in Srebrenica on July 11, 2015, but, according to Lukač, he performed his job professionally at the time.

Now, as a different background to the attack on Prime Minister Vučić is being revealed, the question arises as to what Minister Lukač means by the professionalism of a criminal special forces officer.    

Based on all of this, it appears that numerous groups from the Serbian-Serbian police-intelligence milieu from both sides of the Drina River occupied Potočari on July 11, 2015, and directly infiltrated Prime Minister Aleksandar Vučić. It is time for a serious investigation.
