Agreement reached between management and workers: Payment of back wages for ZOI 84 employees begins

Payment of back wages to workers of the state-owned company ZOI 84 will begin on the 31st of this month, Patria has confirmed from the company. This is an agreement between the workers and the management of ZOI 84, reached at today's meeting in Sarajevo.
If the management fulfills its promises, the workers are ready to start working intensively on preparations for the winter season as early as today.

- We hope that better days are finally coming for both the workers and this company – said Alija Hodžić, president of the union of employees at ZOI 84.

Let us recall, the management owes more than 100 workers of ZOI 84 nine months of wages, and the company has been in a difficult situation for several years, which is why workers have often organized peaceful demonstrations on the streets of Sarajevo.
