(Patria) – Japanese Foreign Minister Toshimitsu Motegi stated on Tuesday that his government will make every effort to obtain credible information about the health status of North Korean leader Kim Jong-un.
His statement comes after media reports that Kim (36) is in a 'critical condition' after cardiovascular surgery performed on April 12, which was denied by sources close to the South Korean government.
Namely, South Korean and Chinese sources have expressed doubts that Kim's health condition is poor, while CNN quotes an American official who says Washington is still 'analyzing information' that Kim is in mortal danger after surgery.
