SARAJEVO, (Patria) - The Management Board of the Group of Employers of the Central Bosnia Canton within the Association of Employers of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina fully supports the Association of Employers of FBiH in the activities they are undertaking with the aim of realizing the "20+5+6 Initiative".
This is a set of legal solutions and initiatives sent to the Government and Parliament of FBiH with the aim of relieving the economy and improving the business environment, it was announced from this group.
"We fully support all activities undertaken by the Association of Employers of FBiH. Our support particularly relates to the "20+5+6 Initiative", considering the difficult conditions for companies to do business, and if legal solutions that will improve the business environment are not adopted very soon, especially in the segment of fiscal and para-fiscal burdens on business and labor, our economy faces collapse. Due to all of the above, we call on those responsible in the Government and Parliament of FBiH to react urgently and adopt at least some of the most necessary proposed legal solutions submitted by UPFBiH. We also call on and urge all institutions and individuals to urgently and without delay fulfill their part of the obligations, in order to create more favorable conditions for doing business as soon as possible, especially in the real sector," says Kemal Čolak, president of the Management Board of the Group of Employers of SBK within the Association of Employers of FBiH.
The Management Board of the Group of Employers of SBK announces that in the coming period, they will intensify activities towards the Government and Assembly of SBK with the aim of urgently resolving pressing issues for employers, which fall under cantonal jurisdiction.
In mid-April, deputies of the House of Representatives of the Parliament of FBiH, at a thematic session dedicated to relieving the economy and improving the business environment, unanimously adopted a conclusion requesting the Government of FBiH to submit proposals for new laws and amendments to existing laws prepared by the Association of Employers of FBiH to the parliamentary procedure within 60 days.
"Today marks exactly 90 days since the adoption of this conclusion, and the Government of BiH has not sent any proposal for new laws or amendments to existing laws proposed by employers to the parliamentary procedure. UPFBiH once again appeals to the Government of FBiH to urgently consider and submit the proposed legal solutions to the parliamentary procedure," states the announcement from the Management Board of the Group of Employers of SBK.
