Due to the identified irregularities: employment of unregistered workers, failure to record turnover through a fiscal device, absence of a fiscalized fiscal device, and operating without a permit, 21 business premises were sealed, and in 63 inspections, misdemeanor orders were issued with a total of 97,600.00 KM in fines.
The Tax Administration will continue its inspection activities to control the legality of taxpayers' operations and prevent the grey economy in the coming days and urges taxpayers with identified irregularities to harmonize their operations and comply with the laws. The Tax Administration of the Federation of BiH calls upon taxpayers - all legal and natural persons - to comply with tax and other laws, especially the Law on Fiscal Systems in the Federation of BiH, according to which they are obliged to record every individual transaction through a fiscal device, issue a fiscal receipt to customers, and transmit data on the realized turnover to the server of the Tax Administration of the Federation of BiH.
The Tax Administration of the Federation of BiH also calls on citizens to request a fiscal receipt for every purchased good or service, and to report information about illegal operations, i.e., non-compliance with tax laws, to the Tax Administration.
