Tax Administration publishes subsidy forms: Two conditions - 20% revenue drop and settled obligations

(Patria) - The Tax Administration of the Federation of BiH, in accordance with the Law on Mitigating Negative Economic Consequences, has published Instructions on the procedure for submitting applications and the required documentation for subsidizing contributions.

The aforementioned Instructions and Application are available on the website of the Tax Administration of the Federation of BiH in the Forms and Laws section.

The form - ZSD is published in an editable PDF format, which can be filled out electronically, printed, signed and certified with the taxpayer's seal, or it can be filled out manually, printed and submitted to the competent tax authority according to the applicant's headquarters.

The Tax Administration reminded taxpayers that they are entitled to contribution subsidies if they have settled their obligations for contributions and income tax along with paid salaries up to February 2020, and if they have a drop in realized turnover of 20% or more compared to the turnover realized in the same month of 2019.

“We draw the attention of taxpayers that a prerequisite for the successful processing of the application, i.e., the ZSD form, is that the obligations for contributions and income tax have been paid up to and including the month of 02/2020, and that the correct monthly forms MIP-1023, 2001/2001-A or 2002/2002-A have been submitted for the month for which the subsidy is requested. 

Therefore, we invite taxpayers who have not paid taxes and contributions on paid salaries up to 02/2020 to do so before submitting the application and thus, along with the condition of a 20% or more drop in turnover, become eligible for the subsidy. Taxpayers who do not pay contributions up to and including 02/2020 will not be eligible for the subsidy, even if they have a revenue drop of 20% or more,” they stated.

The deadline for submitting applications for subsidizing social security contributions for April 2020 has been exceptionally extended to May 29, 2020.
