FBiH Tax Administration collected 4.1 billion KM in public revenue in 2015

The Tax Administration of the Federation of BiH collected a total of 4,102,045,474 KM in public revenue in 2015, which is 8.08% or 306,804,155 KM more compared to 2014. This is the highest achieved result in public revenue collection to date. The increase in public revenue collection was also achieved in December 2015, when a total of 407,458,840 KM in public revenue was collected, which is 4.65% or 18,120,754 KM more than in December 2014, reports the Bosnian news agency Patria.

Direct tax collection in December 2015 was higher by 9.74% or 10,876,357 KM, and contribution collection was higher by 2.61% or 7,244,397 KM compared to December 2014.

In 2015, direct taxes were collected in the amount of 1,258,669,724 KM, which is 22.47% or 230,961,880 KM more compared to 2014.

Corporate income tax was collected in the total amount of 187,673,128 KM, which is 16.11% or 26,035,682 KM more compared to 2014.

Personal income tax was collected in the amount of 330,160,562 KM, which is 16.29% or 46,244,883 KM more compared to 2014.

Property tax, i.e., citizens' taxes, were collected in the amount of 141,733,269 KM, which is 73.63% or 60,102,878 KM more compared to 2014. We note that this type of tax includes the collection of taxes on property of legal and natural persons, motor vehicle property, inheritance and gifts, tax on real estate and rights transactions, and the collection of other property taxes.

In 2015, contribution collection also increased. Contributions were collected in the total amount of 2,843,375,750 KM, which is 2.74% or 75,842,275 KM more compared to 2014.

Contributions for pension and disability insurance were collected in the amount of 1,570,050,367 KM, which is 3.39% or 51,510,094 KM more compared to 2014.

Contributions for health insurance were collected in the amount of 1,145,876,848 KM, which is 2% or 22,364,195 KM more compared to 2014, and contributions for unemployment insurance in the amount of 127,448,535 KM, which is 1.57% or 1,967,986 KM more compared to 2014.
