Tax Administration of FBiH discovered 1,548 undeclared workers in 18 operations

The Tax Administration of the Federation of BiH, during 18 one-day operations conducted in the territory of the Federation of BiH, discovered 1,548 workers with unresolved labor-legal status (undeclared work) and determined that 504 facilities were operating without work permits, 396 facilities without fiscal devices, and sealed 968 business premises and issued 2,417 misdemeanor warrants with imposed monetary sanctions totaling 6,150,970.00 KM, Patria reports.

- In 2015, the Tax Administration, in conducted inspection supervision procedures, filed 9,183 misdemeanor warrants with imposed fines totaling 13,839,204.45 KM and 44 reports on suspicion that criminal acts in the area of taxation, prescribed by the Criminal Code of FBiH, were committed - they say from the Tax Administration.

They further call on business entities not to spend hard-earned money on paying fines, to operate legally, and to use the money for business improvement, investments, development, and payment of salaries to employees...

The goal of the Tax Administration is for every taxpayer to fulfill their tax obligations, to voluntarily report and pay them, to report every worker, i.e., to act in accordance with tax and other regulations of F BiH, to be a partner to taxpayers, not to punish them.

The Tax Administration is equipped, through its information system and analyses it conducts, to monitor the market situation, and accordingly plan its activities. Eliminate irregularities and illegalities in business operations before the inspection of the Tax Administration or other control bodies.
