TAX INSPECTORS IN ACTION: 32 controls carried out in the HNK region, fines totaling 52,900 KM issued

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - Inspectors of the Tax Administration of the Federation of BiH – Cantonal Tax Office Mostar carried out 32 inspections, so-called actions, in the area of Jablanica, Prozor, Mostar and Konjic on 09.03.2023.

Controls were carried out at taxpayers engaged in various service activities, with the aim of verifying compliance with the Law on Fiscal Systems and the employment of undeclared workers.

During the controls, Tax Administration inspectors discovered four undeclared workers and 11 taxpayers who failed to record turnover through a fiscal device.

Due to the established irregularities: the engagement of undeclared workers and the failure to record turnover through a fiscal device, three facilities were sealed and in 22 inspections, misdemeanor orders were issued with total fines amounting to 52,900.00 KM.
