Jasmina Horo re-arrested for inciting an expert witness to abuse of assessment

Acting on the order of the prosecutor of the KS Prosecutor's Office, members of SIPA have re-arrested Jasmina Horo, assistant to the former mayor of Novi Grad Municipality, Damir Hadžić, who is still under restrictive measures following her earlier arrest on November 9, confirmed the spokesperson for the KS Prosecutor's Office, Azra Bavčić, for Patria.

The KS Prosecutor's Office charges her with a new criminal offense: inciting an expert witness to abuse of assessment. At the end of November, former mayor of Novi Grad Municipality Damir Hadžić, who was ordered into one-month detention, and court expert Kasim Zulum, who was released to defend himself from freedom, were arrested. Zulum was a civil engineering expert in the proceedings to determine the price of land that the Municipality of Novi Grad, during Damir Hadžić's tenure as mayor, expropriated and then paid almost one million and 33 thousand KM to Esed Radeljaš after a lawsuit.

In the Blok operation, initially carried out on November 9, Esed Radeljaš, Nedžad Kapetanović, and Jusuf Čaušević were arrested. The assets of Radeljaš and Horo were frozen.

Radeljaš is suspected of the criminal offenses of certifying untrue content, inciting abuse of office, giving gifts and other benefits, and money laundering. By committing these criminal offenses, Esed Radeljaš acquired unlawful property benefits of approximately one million marks for himself and others. The other three suspects enabled Radeljaš to illegally acquire money and property through administrative proceedings.
