SARAJEVO, (Patria) -- Medical nurses and technicians at the Banja Luka Health Center were shocked after reviewing their bank accounts and learning that they were paid 72 fenings for a day's work in the ARI clinics!

Even the representatives of the Professional Union of Medical Nurses and Technicians of the Banja Luka Health Center do not understand what kind of calculation this was and what was intended by such payments, other than humiliating medical workers in Banja Luka.

The Health Center responded that they reward their employees with reduced working hours and the funds available to the institution, and reminded that last year, medical workers were paid increased salaries of 10 percent on two occasions, as well as a one-time financial aid of 1,000 marks, reports BN.

Although they have been degraded and humiliated in their work for years, as they have the lowest coefficients among all colleagues in RS, it seems that the latest calculation was the last straw.
