Pomozi.ba: Trucks from Egypt arrived in the war zone, aid distributed to Palestinians

(Patria) - Humanitarian aid, organized by the Pomozi.ba Association, which departed from Egypt for Palestine on December 4th, has finally reached the residents of Gaza. Food and water packages were distributed to Palestinians in the town of Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip.

"It is a great thing that our food has reached the war zone. Although the trucks crossed the border a few days ago, due to communication disruptions and constant shelling, the distribution was delayed. Only a few know what it took for the food from Egypt to reach these people, how much effort, work, sweat, worry, prayers, and so on. That's why we say this is a big deal. On the ground, these packages represent our citizens and convey to these people, fathers, mothers, grandmothers, grandfathers, children, that we know how they are, we know what they are going through, and we sympathize with them, because what we were yesterday, they are today," stated Elvir Karalić, founder of the Pomozi.ba Association.

So far, the Pomozi.ba Association, through its partner organizations, has sent humanitarian aid worth BAM 687,387.04 to Gaza. This includes packages with water, food, and medical supplies.
