At the joint stand of Bosnia and Herzegovina at the traditional International Agricultural Fair in Novi Sad, the food industry Klas d.d. Sarajevo records the largest number of visitors. The attention of visitors is particularly attracted by warm and fresh bakery products prepared on the spot by Klas's technologist, Almir Karić, reports the Patria agency.
- These are bakery products that we transported from Sarajevo to Novi Sad in a frozen state, and now on the spot in the oven, through a short technological process, we get delicious and warm pies, flatbreads, and pastries. This deep-frozen assortment has great potential in foreign markets, as modern consumers want to have warm bread, pastries, pies, and puff pastry readily available in stores. We have already established contacts with potential buyers from Slovenia, Serbia, and Kosovo - said Branislav Vladušić, representative of the Klas company at the Novi Sad Fair.
Klas, along with other members of the AS GROUP food division, namely Vispak, Kent, Sprind, Oaza, and Swity, also presents other products, such as Bosnian coffee Zlatna džezva, confectionery, premium pastes, bottled water, juices... The stand was visited by, among others, H.E. Mr. Lazar Mirkić, Ambassador of Bosnia and Herzegovina to the Republic of Serbia, and Igor Crnadak, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The organizer of the participation of BiH exhibitors is the Foreign Trade Chamber of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
