Cantonal Prosecutor's Office KS: The case of the girl Nadin, who is without medication, was never opened!

The case of the girl Nadin Smajlović and the blatant violation of basic human rights, children's rights to treatment, has never been resolved. How could it be when all levers of power are held by the director of KCUS Sebija Izetbegović and her SDA. This fact should be sought for the answer to the question of why the Sarajevo Cantonal Prosecutor's Office did not act on the report from November 29, 2019.

"We reported KCUS for refusing to treat my child, and nothing has been done by the Sarajevo Cantonal Prosecutor's Office to this day," Denis Smajlović, the girl's father Nadin, told Patria.

We remind you that Nadin Smajlović was denied treatment at the University Clinical Center of Sarajevo (KCUS).

The Clinical Center initially refused to sign the approval for the transfer of the girl Nadin after they could not provide her with the necessary therapy and medication. Due to the entire situation, the girl's father Denis Smajlović threatened the head of the Pediatric Clinic of KCUS, Edo Hasanbegović, with a gas pistol, after which the doctors held a public protest, and the general director Sebija Izetbegović publicly stated that "no one wants to treat a girl of such parents".

After being refused at KCUS, the parents transferred the girl to Turkey at their own risk for necessary therapy, and after returning to Sarajevo, they never received an answer from KCUS whether the necessary medications were obtained and whether they would be able to receive therapy at KCUS.

The agony continues, and the KS Prosecutor's Office is not doing its job either. How quickly they can work is evidenced by the investigation they are conducting into the KS Assembly's seal. How clumsy they can be and play with human destinies and lives is evidenced by the case of Dženan Memić.

Prosecutors believed they would not encounter honest judges who would dismiss their ridiculous claims that Memić died in a traffic accident. Of course, KCUS also has great merits for the indictment that brought the Roma family to court. Dr. Jasminka Dželilović Vranić gave Alisa Mutap's finding of alleged amnesia, and she is a living witness to Dženan Memić's death.

The case of the girl Nadin shows that prosecutors work on political orders. If it were otherwise, this case would have been resolved faster than the infamous seal case!
