Police are searching the building of the Municipality of Velika Kladuša

SARAJevo, (Patria) - Members of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MUP) of the Una-Sana Canton (USK) have been searching the building of the Municipality of Velika Kladuša since this morning.

The operation is being carried out on the order of the USK Prosecutor's Office. More details about the search are currently unknown.

The political situation in this municipality has been quite tense in recent weeks, and representatives of the parties that form the majority in the Council have accused the mayor Fikret Abdić of illegally taking the official seal.

The new majority in the Council consists of 15 councilors from SDA, NES, Our Party, SDP, DNZ - Krajiška Stranka, and the Club of Independent Councilors, who elected Bisenija Mušedinović (SDA) as the President of the Council.
