SARAJEVO, (Patria) - A young man from Bihać who posted a message on social media about preparing to commit a crime in a high school in that city has been detained by the police, confirmed to RSE the Minister of Internal Affairs of Una-Sana Canton, Božidar Živko.

The young man posted the message on social media after a thirteen-year-old boy killed eight students and a school security guard at a school in Belgrade yesterday. Six students and one teacher were seriously injured.

At the same time, the police commissioner of Una-Sana Canton, Jusuf Mešić, told RSE that the police had received multiple reports from citizens.

- I would also like to note that on October 7th last year, we took measures within our jurisdiction because the mentioned individual posted on his profile that he had raped a girl.
