Police confiscated a car from a driver who drove on a tram track construction site

SARAJevo, (Patria) - Taking measures and actions to clarify and document committed offenses, which were published on the social network application "TIK-TOK", with audio and video recordings, which recorded an unknown person driving a motor vehicle, black color, on a public surface that is in the phase of tram track reconstruction, at the location of Bulevar Meše Selimovića street, Novi Grad Sarajevo municipality, on the part not intended for traffic of this type of vehicle, police officers of the Fourth Police Administration on 12/29/2021, from the person H.B. from Visoko, based on the Order of the duty judge for misdemeanors of the Misdemeanor Department of the Municipal Court in Sarajevo, temporarily confiscated a "Mercedes" motor vehicle with license plates K38-A-900, owned by E.K. from Sarajevo.

Within the legal deadline, the locally competent organizational unit of the Police Administration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Sarajevo Canton will file a request for the initiation of misdemeanor proceedings against H.B., for committed offenses from Articles 36, 38, and 51 of the Law on the Fundamentals of Road Traffic Safety in BiH.
