Montenegrin Police Expelled Political Advisors from Serbia

Nikšić police expelled eight Serbian citizens who, according to the local Democratic Front, had previously been professionally engaged in their campaigns as advisors and media and marketing experts, Vijesti reported.

The coalition For the Future of Nikšić, led by the DF, claims this is a classic raid and an attack on people from Serbia who were legally staying in Nikšić.

The president of the New Serbian Democracy (NSD), Andrija Mandić, stated that the party will file a criminal complaint against the head of the Nikšić Security Center and the president of that municipality, Milutin Simović, for what he claims is the brutal interference of the police in the elections in that city, RTCG reported.

“By expelling our friends from Serbia, whom the NSD hired to help us with databases, improve party infrastructure, and train party activists, it is just another bullying action by the DPS and their henchmen from the repressive apparatus,” Mandić wrote on Twitter.

He told the citizens of Nikšić that the job was not finished on August 30. Ju

“The future of Montenegro will also be decided in your city in the elections on March 14,” Mandić concluded.
