Police Officers Acquitted, Dragičević to Set Up Tent in Front of the BiH Prosecutor's Office

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - The Basic Court in Banja Luka has issued an acquittal in the case against two crime scene technicians of the Banja Luka Police Administration, Mikica Marjanac and Zoran Bošnjak, on suspicion of having committed the criminal offense of "Obstruction of Evidence", i.e., on suspicion of having destroyed David Dragičević's underwear.

Davor Dragičević, David's father, said after the verdict that he is furious with the institutions and that on March 27 this year he will set up a tent in front of the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, where he will remain until further notice.

Namely, yesterday Dragičević told the media that he places all his hopes on the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

“Our hopes are with the BiH Prosecutor's Office, and I hope that the BiH Prosecutor's Office will end this farce that has been going on for four years. This is a joint criminal enterprise, organized crime, solely with the aim of never finding the masterminds and killers of David Dragičević. Everything was clear today in the courtroom, and during the identification of evidence we received a new photograph showing Siniša Kojdić, Bojan Karanović, and of course their man Đorđe Rađen, who is currently not in the entity. We expect the BiH Prosecutor's Office to punish all those who participated in the organized murder of David Dragičević. We will never give up,” Dragičević stated.
