Having accepted the Information on the way to revive production at "Hidrogradnja" d.d. Sarajevo today, the Government of the Federation of BiH concluded that, in cooperation with the Government of the Republic of Srpska, it will get involved in resolving the issue of allocating funds between "Hidrogradnja" d.d. Sarajevo and "Hidrogradnja" a.d. Pale, which are deposited in a joint account amounting to 1.2 million dollars, according to the established distribution key of 60 percent for "Hidrogradnja" Sarajevo and 40 percent for "Hidrogradnja" Pale, reports the BiH news agency Patria.
The Government tasked the Federal Ministry of Energy, Mining and Industry, in cooperation with the Federal Ministry of Finance, to prepare a letter of intent to the Development Bank of the Federation of BiH, which would provide a guarantee of 1.2 million KM as a security instrument for a short-term loan for "Hidrogradnja" d.d. Sarajevo.
The Federal Ministry of Energy, Mining and Industry will prepare a decision for the Government of the Federation of BiH by which "Hidrogradnja" d.d. Sarajevo cedes its claim of 1.2 million KM from the joint account with "Hidrogradnja" a.d. Pale to the Budget of the FBiH.
The Supervisory Board and Management of "Hidrogradnja" d.d. Sarajevo are obliged to continue the initiated activities on the sale of the business building.
The Privatization Agency in FBiH is tasked with investigating whether "Hidrogradnja" d.d. Sarajevo has any claims in Iraq based on "civilian contracts." If they exist, they need to be registered, measures taken for their collection, and the Government of the Federation of BiH informed about it.
STATUS AT "UNIS TOOLS"
The Government of FBiH adopted the Information of the Federal Ministry of Energy, Mining and Industry on the status and situation at "Unis Tools" d.o.o. Sarajevo.
The relevant ministry and the Federal Ministry of Finance are tasked with finding a way to pay one salary to the employees of "Unis Tools," and the Privatization Agency in the Federation of BiH to expedite the launch of small-scale privatization of non-perspective real estate, the sale of which would cover the work seniority of employees and resolve employee claims, and settle the debt for a loan from Turkish Ziraat Bank. The remaining funds will be directed towards launching production.
The Federal Ministry of Finance will inform the Government about the activities of the Financial Police regarding the previously submitted request of the Federal Ministry of Energy, Mining and Industry to determine the existence of indications of mismanagement at "Unis Tools."
The Privatization Agency will engage an independent auditing firm to conduct a status assessment of "Unis Tools," as well as a capital audit.
The Government gave prior consent to the Supervisory Board of "UNIS Tools" d.o.o. Sarajevo to appoint Feriz Ćeman as acting director of this business entity, for a period of up to six months, or until the completion of the selection based on a public competition.
